From plan to production, our highly skilled team can assist you with any design challenge. Our in-house laboratory service will develop specific compounds for each project and can assist in the simulated “Rapid-Time” analysis of wear on a specific component, even before production has begun.

Tool Making
Tool Making and tool maintenance / repair operations are undertaken in the Tool Shop. Machinery in use includes the latest CNC Milling Machine designed specifically for high precision mould making, powered saws, pedestal drills, milling machines, lathes, grinders and a submerged electrode-spark eroding machine.
A CAD facility is also available.
Laboratory Services
Our in-house laboratory service allows us to develop compounds to suit our customers specific needs and to test the materials and products we produce.
